FOUNDER, THE GUEST HOUSE ADVISORY
COLUMBIA TATONE
She describes film as a healing modality: a non-invasive space where segregated ideologies and systems can come together and have a dialogue. The goal is not to get everyone to agree. It is to create enough humanity in the room that understanding becomes more interesting than being right, and things that once held themselves as separate can begin to resolve into something new.

Years spent interviewing extraordinary people deepened the investigation. Their accolades were apparent. What intrigued her was the drive underneath them. Where did that drive come from? What had been formed in this person that could create such extraordinary momentum? What was it still trying to secure, preserve, resolve, or prove? The achievement itself was simply where that drive had found expression.

Eventually, Tatone recognized something equally important: the lens through which she had been studying other people had an architecture of its own. Her ability to read a room, detect what was unspoken, and look beyond the visible story had also been shaped by the particular circumstances of her life.

That realization expanded her work into neuroscience, human behavior, leadership, and ultimately the development of the Human Blueprint Framework, an evolving body of work examining how biology, socialization, relationships, culture, and formative experience shape the lens through which we experience the world and the currents that move us through it. But understanding how we became who we are was only half the question.

Once we can see what has been directing us, how much more deliberately can we direct ourselves?

The Guest House grew from that question.

Today, Tatone works privately with individuals, founders, and leaders by looking beyond the issue at hand to understand the patterns most relevant to it. That context becomes the foundation for the work that follows: building a precise, practical strategy around the client’s particular focus, whether in life, leadership, relationships, business, or what comes next.

The aim is not to diminish the drive that brought someone this far. It is to understand what has been directing it, evolve what is no longer serving them, and put that momentum back in their hands. To preserve the ambition, instinct, and capacities that make them powerful while creating the freedom to direct those qualities toward greater achievement, alignment, fulfillment, and a fuller expression of the life they intend to build.
